Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Framepx subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of your first paid charge, we refund that charge in full.

After those 14 days, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial refunds.

4. How to ask for a refund

Write to contact@framepx.com. The same address is on our contact page.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
