Who we are

Framepx ("we", "us") is a product-content automation company operating framepx.com and related services. Contact: digital@framepx.com.

What we collect on this website

Our website does not require an account and does not ask for personal information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages in server logs for security and performance. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

The site uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g. language preference). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.

Our products

When businesses use Framepx products, we process the product data and media they provide in order to deliver the service, under the agreement made with that customer. We act on the customer's instructions and do not use customer content for any other purpose.

Connected platform apps (Mert Dogan Social)

We operate an internal integration app named "Mert Dogan Social" that publishes and manages content on our founder's own social media accounts (including TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram) through each platform's official API. This app: (a) is used only by the account owner, on his own accounts, after his explicit OAuth consent on the platform's own screens; (b) stores only the resulting access/refresh tokens (encrypted at rest) and basic profile information needed to confirm the connected account; (c) uploads and publishes content created by the owner; (d) does not access, collect or store data about any other person, follower or third-party user. Platform permissions can be revoked at any time from the platform's security settings, and we delete stored tokens on request to digital@framepx.com.

Data retention & deletion

Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our infrastructure providers. Integration tokens are kept while the integration is active and deleted when it is revoked. For any privacy request, contact digital@framepx.com.
