Data Deletion
How to ask
To have your data deleted from Framepx, write to contact@framepx.com. It is the one address for every deletion request, whichever platform you use Framepx with.
So that we can find your data, write from the email address of your Framepx account if you have one. Tell us the name of your brand, the address of your store or website, and what you want deleted: your whole account, one connection, or one kind of data.
If you only joined the waitlist, write from the address you signed up with. If you only wrote to us by email, write from that same address.
We may ask a question to be sure the request comes from the owner of the data. We deal with your request free of charge as soon as we can and within 30 days at the latest, as article 13 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) requires.
A brand's data is deleted when the owner of that brand asks. If you are a member of a brand's team, we delete your own account data on your request. The brand's product data, feeds and ad creatives stay until the owner asks.
What you can ask us to delete, and what happens to it
Your account: your email address, your name, your language and your role in the brand. Once it is deleted you can no longer sign in with it.
Sign-in records: for each sign-in attempt on your account, the time, the email address entered, the IP address and whether it succeeded. They are deleted together with the account.
A brand's product data: the product list we read from your feed or store, the cleaned and labelled list, and the rules you set. We delete them and stop reading your feed or store.
Hosted feeds and ad creatives: we take your hosted feed addresses offline and delete the creative images. From that moment the ad platforms that fetch those addresses get nothing from them, so remove the feed on those platforms too. What a platform already copied stays there until you delete it on that platform.
A Shopify store connection: the access Shopify issued to us for your store, and the store's product data.
A waitlist signup: your email address, brand name, website and consent records.
Emails you sent us.
Request logs of the website are not deleted on request, because they are deleted automatically after 7 days at most.
What the law makes us keep
Some records stay after a deletion request because Turkish law requires us to keep them: invoices and the accounting records behind them, for the period tax and commercial law set. We keep them only for that purpose.
If we cannot delete something you asked for, we tell you which part and why in our answer, as article 13 of KVKK requires.
Taking a platform's permission back
Removing Framepx on a platform stops our access there. It does not delete what Framepx already holds. To have that deleted, write to us as described above. You can do the two in either order.
Google: open the page in your Google Account that lists the apps linked to it, choose Framepx and remove its access. This stops Sign in with Google. To have the Google identifier we keep deleted, write to us as described above.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): today Framepx does not connect to customers' Meta accounts and holds no data from them.
TikTok: today Framepx does not connect to customers' TikTok accounts and holds no data from them.
Pinterest: today Framepx does not connect to customers' Pinterest accounts and holds no data from them.
Shopify: in your Shopify admin go to Settings, then Apps, find the Framepx app and choose Uninstall. This stops our access to your store.
To have your store's data deleted, write to contact@framepx.com.
If you pasted a Framepx feed address into Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, TikTok, Pinterest or another platform, remove the feed there yourself. Framepx has no access to those accounts.
